Diego Madrigal is a Cinematographer based out of Los Angeles, California.
He has been drawn to film and cameras since he was a little boy watching his Dad use an old Nikon film camera to take pictures of the family. Then one day his aunt asked him to film a family gathering when he was 10 years old. This was an amazing experience for him, being able to see everything through a viewfinder was the best thing in the world. From that moment on, he knew he wanted to always be behind a camera.
He has always been drawn to old masterpieces of black and white film from the 50's and 60's, while enjoying the raw colors of classic films from the 70's. His love for films makes him always try to incorporate this into his own work while not mimicking but making it his own.
He has been working in the film industry since 2010.
